Created by converting two large ground-floor offices, this apartment owes its beautiful brightness to the generous lighting, coming from interior windows that allow light to pass.
In two of the three rooms separated by canopies, blackout curtains help maintain privacy when desired.
A spacious bathroom was constructed in the old cellar. It contains a tub, large shower, separate toilet and a double vanity that was custom made of synthetic material. Light and gold colored tiles reflect light in the windowless room.
