In this apartment, the plan has been completely redesigned to take advantage of a large, user-friendly living room that is spacious and bright.
The open kitchen is separated from the lounge by a long center island including a thermo-formed sink integrated into the work plan using synthetic material.
The new insulating windows are lined with reclaimed espagnolettes made of old woodwork. Two baseboard heaters, under the windows, replace the old, very cumbersome cast iron radiator.
Wiring and pipes pass through the false ceiling of the corridor. To prevent noise, the corridor floor was installed with an insulating underlay.
Four bathrooms and two dressing rooms have been created.
