Refitted as offices, this vast Haussmanian apartment has recovered its style thanks to a deep renovation. The removal of old equipment, partitions, linings and coatings, and meticulous refurbishment, respectful of the spirit of the place, gave birth to a bright, pleasant, functional, and comfortable workspace, equipped with a kitchen and many cupboards.
The old wood floor from Hungary, formerly covered with carpet and glued panels, has been restored, sanded, and varnished. A braided vinyl flooring (Dickson) has been placed in the hallways for acoustic comfort. The existing staff molding has been repaired, the others have been created. The molded doors have been restored. A glazed partition, custom made, separates a large office from the hallway. The electricity has been fully restored to meet the standards. The lighting has been chosen to discreetly bring in a soft yet effective light.
