We wanted to restructure our apartment by giving it more light and opening up a small kitchen and increasing the overall storage.

Looking for an interior designer for the recomposition of an entrance, a dressing room, a bedroom, a bathroom, I did a search on the internet. The 2^th site visited was that of Flora Auvray.

A "happiness" project.

Flora allowed us to realize the complete renovation project of our apartment, in a very collaborative and efficient dynamic, to create a living space subtly redesigned in its volumes and much more functional. Flora's technical skills, her often original - and sometimes even daring - creative proposals and her ability to integrate our ideas were used to achieve a result that perfectly matched our expectations. The very rigorous management of the project and the many trades involved ultimately enabled delivery on time (despite the pandemic, etc.) and within a controlled budget. An excellent experience!

We contacted Flora as part of a move and installation in larger premises. These were rather dilapidated and quite dark. We had a lot of needs and constraints, especially because we organize training, among other things. Furthermore, I am very concerned about the quality of life at work. Flora Auvray was recommended to us by an architect friend who thought that Flora's work would correspond to what we were looking for to renovate the apartment we had just purchased.

I was looking for offices for my company that could be transformed into an apartment without additional work. Flora helped me from the acquisition of the project. She always listened to what I was looking for, helped by her collaborator Anne-Marie Cornet. By respecting my budget which was not very high, we managed to create a kitchen with glass roofs, a very beautiful bathroom and renovate the other rooms with great originality and creativity. I very much appreciated the seriousness in the follow-up of the site with site meetings every week and the quality of the contractors selected. It is a real pleasure to arrive at the office in the morning. All our visitors give us compliments!

This is the second time we have called on Flora Auvray.

For this small 30m2 apartment, wedged between two courtyards, we wanted to create two independent spaces, keep the light and optimize storage.

Like the first time, Flora immediately identified our expectations and our tastes with listening, kindness and respect for our ideas.

Flora knew how to manage the accomplishment of this project and we are very satisfied with the result.

We bought this apartment on the sole condition that the real estate agent recommend an interior designer. The feeling with Flora Auvray went well. We are in the provinces and very little available: we needed someone active, responsive and in tune with our project.

The site was disrupted by a structural problem, and Flora took everything in hand: management, appointments, follow-up with the syndic, the engineer and the craftsmen.

We very much appreciated Madame Auvray's multiple skills, first as an interior designer - redesigning and rejuvenating our apartment according to our wishes and even beyond - and as project manager, managing with rigor and skill all a team of craftsmen… She thus perfectly respected the initial budget and the deadlines.

From the outset, we maintained a relationship of trust with her - because she was able, throughout these four months, to manage all the adjustments inherent in the quotes and the choice of materials, to react with common sense (obtaining advice when it was judged good by specialists), in front of the "nasty surprises" of old Parisian buildings, and even solving our neighborhood problems with humor.

We called on Flora for the complete renovation of our Haussmann apartment in a building from 1900. In addition to the renovation of this aging apartment, we wanted to remodel the space so that it was in line with our way of life and the family expansion plans. Flora was attentive, and she advised us throughout the process (choice of materials, selection of companies, call for tenders, plans, etc.) to achieve exactly what we wanted. Flora has done extraordinary work for our new HQE-certified offices near Paris. The task was difficult because the space was small, the budget and the deadlines tight. Flora responded perfectly to our requirements, in particular by taking as a principle, in its realization, to use materials that respect the environment.

After major work imagined by Flora and carried out by her team to optimize our small 33 m² apartment, we feel we are now living in a new space, with plenty of storage as we wanted. The two sliding doors allow us to benefit from a beautiful perspective over the total length of the apartment, and they give the impression of enlargement.
